Hotel Saint Roch - Paris

You can't beat the location. It is literally around the corner from the Louvre and the Paris Opera House. It is really close to a metro stop, and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms were fine, just as you would expect for the centre of Paris.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to metro station.

Hotel was very easy to get to and just a few minutes from the Tuileries metro stop. Centrally located near a market, wine shop, patisserie, cafe. Very easy access to the rest of the city as well. Reasonably priced for the location.

Location and for the price comfortable room

No tea/coffee making facilities

First of all: everything is extremly small, from "lobby", elevator to bathroom. The corridor to room is full of wires hanging from the ceilings... Room is very, very small. But bathroom: it is extremly small. Thank God we aren't tall. Shower is 50*50cm! Overall, very bad choice.

It was excellent 3 days, would stay there again. The venue was excellent value, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing not far from Reebok's CrossFit, the attractions in Paris and all main sightseeing places...

I really liked to stay at this hotel. The staff was really helpfull and friendly, the room was really clean and location is just perfect!

dirty, very old furnished, dirty towels,thin walls you can hear everything from other rooms,newer stay again

The location couldn't be better, with easy access to famous spots. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The aircon was a nice touch, and having a kettle for tea and coffee was perfect. The room was cozy, and the shower had strong water pressure.

Location - 15-minute walk to Louvre Museum. Many French & Italian restaurants just round the corner of Hotel St Roch, a couple of which are excellent. Hotel English speaking staff are very helpful and kind enough to extend our checkout time by an hour on 27 OCT2012

Very small bathroom with a tiny shower suitable for little children. Bed is soft presumably due to very old mattresses. No kettle for boiling water inside room which is essential for making own tea & coffee. A single very small Lift with no space for 2 persons plus 2 medium size suitcases

Location was convenient

Uncomfortable bed not very clean. Just simply run down. In the process of doing work but still believe it won't change much. I stayed part of my stay in another hotel not far from there for about the same price and it was a much better value

Recommend for a city escape

Comfortable bed, convenient location, the hotel is just 300 meters from Tuileries Gardens and offers air conditioning and a tv in the room.

Everything was great.

The location is fabulous, close to the metro and the Louvre. It's on a quiet side street, so there was no noise.

The rooms were a bit tired looking. Ours was clean, if a bit dated.
